MORTGAGE LOAN CLOSING SURVEYS
Mortgage Loan Closing Surveys are required for many home purchases. This is generally a boundary survey with the additional location of all the site improvements such as the house, garage, storage buildings, fences, and utilities.
This survey provides the home buyer the clear information of what they are buying, and that the improvements are within the property boundary. There may also be flood elevation issues to consider. All property corners are identified and missing corners markers are replaced.
Lentz Land Surveying will deliver the Map and Surveyor's Report to the Client and/or their Attorney for review prior to closing. We can also meet with you on-site to walk and review the survey.
Payment my be prior to closing or through your Attorney at closing.
